Dapol turntable conversion part 3

As there has been some interest in my Turntable project I have a few shots of the components I made or the Turntable.
Motor and gearbox 200:1. As this is over 25years old the output shaft is ¼” dia.

Turntable well, there should be enough space available to fit some wipers around the pivot point if required.

Underside of deck with the pivot box the two white tubes for my electrical connections. These will be a couple of LGB 63120 electrical pickup brushes.

Topsides of deck with the pivot box motor mounting bush. Slater’s 0446 chequer plate and 0432 1mm spaced planking for between the rails.

End view of deck to show cross section of the rail bed fitting.
